When does the repair start?The repair begins at your scheduled appointment time. For Emergency bookings, we’ll reach out right away and start as soon as possible.

What kinds of websites do you work with?WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, and many custom platforms. We’ll confirm if your site is within scope before we begin.

What counts as an emergency?An emergency is anything that stops your site from working properly, like downtime, hacking, broken checkouts, or login failures.

Can I change my service after booking?Yes. If we review your request and see it needs a different service level, we’ll let you know and help you adjust. Just give us a call!

How do I pay?Services are paid when booking or purchasing online using our secure payment methods. Any custom or additional work will be invoiced separately using the same secure payment methods.

Will I get updates during the repair?Emergency clients get real-time updates. Non-Emergency and Budget repairs receive a follow-up summary once the session is complete. If we have any questions or uncertainties, we will be in contact.

Do you guarantee the issue will be fixed?Most issues can be fixed during the reserved time, but if more work is needed, we’ll explain next steps clearly before continuing.

Do you offer ongoing support?Yes. After a repair, we’re happy to continue supporting your website with additional fixes, improvements, or routine check-ins. Just reach out and let us know what you need.

Can I hire you for non-repair work?Absolutely. We also help with things like new website features, redesigns, and digital troubleshooting. If it involves your website or online presence, we can probably help.

Do you only work with clients in Florida?No. We’re based in Florida and love supporting local businesses, but we work with clients across the country and even internationally.

What happens if I miss my appointed time or meeting?If you miss your scheduled session, we’ll do our best to reschedule. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make arrangements. Missed sessions may be subject to a rescheduling fee depending on the situation.
